 How does the Website work? 
The Website offers visitors to the Website (“you” or “your”) the opportunity to browse the Website and use certain features on the Website. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your information by MISHU as described herein. MISHU reserves the right to change how we handle the information we collect through the Website at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately once posted to the Website.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page [with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the Website home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Website and this privacy policy to check for any changes.

What type of Personal Indetifiable Information (PII) we collect and how do we use it? 
MISHU does not require you to provide us with any PII.  Unless you provide your PII to MISHU through the Website, we will not collect any PII from you. However, in order to use certain functionality (including, for example, to subscribe to our newsletters) on the Website, to participate in promotions offered from time to time or to purchase products through the Website, you will need to provide certain PII to us.

Under what circumstances may we share your PII?

MISHU will share your PII with other entities who work on our behalf or with us. These entities may use your PII to help fulfill your requests in connection with the Website and to help us communicate with you about different resources offered as part of the Website. Please note that it may take time for us to comply with your Opt-Out Request and, in the interim, we may continue to use your PII as described in this Privacy Policy.  In addition, please note that after receiving your Opt-Out Request, we may continue to maintain your name and other PII to help us ensure we can honor such request, to communicate to you about your account, and for other purposes not related to direct marketing.

If we receive your Opt-Out Request after having shared your PII with a third party, MISHU may not be able to control use of such PII by such third party (or any other party to whom such third party may have transferred your PII).  In such an event you agree that MISHU shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused in connection with the use of such PII by any such third party or resulting from any such transfer or disposition.  If you are concerned about MISHU sharing your PII with third parties or otherwise transferring or disposing your PII, you should not provide your PII to MISHU.

What other information does MISHU collect?

What are our policies regarding children?
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to use the Website.

Our Website is not intended for children. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 18 years of age do not use or provide any information on this Website or through any of its features, register on the Website make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use.
